Orders & shipping
Where do orders ship from?
Many Clover Croft Supply Co. products ship directly from our supplier partners, so items can leave from different warehouses. Orders with more than one product may arrive in separate boxes.
How long will my order take?
Processing and delivery times vary by product. Any estimate shown on a product page is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. You'll get tracking once your order has shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to help, but supplier-direct orders can move into fulfillment quickly, and changes or cancellations aren't guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
What's your return policy?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Eligible items should be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Please don't ship anything back until we send return instructions. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy and exceptions.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Let us know promptly after delivery and include photos if we ask for them. Once the problem is confirmed, we'll work with the supplier on a replacement, refund or other fix.
The Livestock Market
Does Clover Croft own the cows listed for sale?
No. Unless a listing says otherwise, Clover Croft provides the listing platform and document review. Each cow belongs to her seller, and payment, deposits and the bill of sale are arranged between buyer and seller.
What does "Clover Croft Verified" mean?
It means we reviewed specific records for that cow, such as animal ID, an A2 genotype lab result, registration papers or dated health-test records. Each verified listing names exactly which records were reviewed. Verified is not a vet exam, and it doesn't guarantee health, fertility or future milk production. How Verified works.
What is A2 milk?
Cow's milk contains a protein called beta-casein, which comes in two common forms, A1 and A2. A cow's genes decide which forms she makes. An A2/A2 cow produces milk with only the A2 form, an A1/A2 cow produces both, and an A1/A1 cow produces only A1. A DNA test is the only way to know for sure.
Who arranges transport?
The buyer and seller, unless the listing says otherwise. That includes pickup or hauling, health certificates and any testing or permits required to move a cow across state lines. Requirements vary by state.

Do you test every product yourselves?
No. When we say we've used a product, we mean that exact product. Otherwise we rely on supplier specifications and documentation. See Our Product Standards.
